The Martin Residence

The Martin Residence is a renovated condominium in the Art Deco style. I completed this project during my Sophomore year in the design program. I developed a concept board of the overall space, color boards for each room in the space, and final presentation sheets with various rendered drawings of the space with the furniture and fixtures I picked out.
